If you are an iCore customer or partner and need help modifying an existing solution, the iCore Service Center can help you. To provide you with the best possible service, we need the following information:
- A detailed description of the modification, including the iCore process that is impacted by the change.
- Requested delivery – is the change mission-critical (= you need it right away), or do you have a specific implementation date in mind?
- Communication and log-in authorization
- A suitable contact person with knowledge of your company’s IT architecture.
