Change Management

If you are an iCore customer or partner and need help modifying an existing solution, the iCore Service Center can help you.

Send us an email, and provide us with the following information:

  • Description – A detailed description of the modification, including the iCore process that is impacted by the change.
  • Requested delivery date – Let us know if the change is mission-critical (= you need it as soon as possible), or if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
  • Communication and log-in authorization
  • Contact – A suitable contact person with knowledge of your company’s IT architecture.
