Kick-off

The kick-off event is the starting point for our journey where we sit down and define the boundaries of the project. We identify the project stakeholders, and make up a rough time plan including important milestones. The kick-off also serves as an introduction to our project methodology (our way of working) and explains some of its key concepts.
